Cookie Tookie is a small-batch dessert bakery specializing in handcrafted cookies, cheesecakes, and celebration cakes. Every item is made fresh to order using real ingredients, simple techniques, and nostalgic flavor inspiration.

Refund & Return Policy
At Cookie Tookie, we take pride in baking fresh products to order. Due to the perishable nature of our cookies and baked goods, all sales are generally final, and we do not accept returns.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label (if applicable)
We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, mechanical failures, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted before production begins. Once an order has entered production, baking, preparation, packaging, or shipping, it cannot be changed, modified, or canceled.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
